Grass-Finished: $7.00/lb (based on hanging weight)
Grain-Finished: $6.00/lb (based on hanging weight)
On average the hanging weight for a half share is:
Grain-Finished 300-350lb; Grass-Finished 250-300lb
A half share requires a $500 deposit, while a whole share requires a $1,000 deposit.
When ordering, please select your preferred harvest month and indicate whether you'd like grass-finished or grain-finished beef.
